        A. Most of our awards come with free engraving. A nominal fee is charged when required. Every attempt will be made to provide free engraving.

Q. What if I need a figure that is not shown with my trophy?

        A. Most figures are interchangeable, however some figures may be an additional cost.

Q. How long will it take from the time I place my order until it's shipped?

        A. We will make every effort to insure on time delivery in about 5 days. Call or e-mail us for special handling or situations.

        A. All products will be shipped via UPS or U. S. Postal Service F. O. B. Advance, MO
